We had a very relaxing weekend and I just wanted to share some pictures we took. Neil stayed in the deer woods most of the weekend so me and the kids spent the weekend with my parents. We all got together on Saturday to have birthday lunch with my dad. He turned 59! Claire really enjoyed playing with Austin, he is getting to be so much fun now that he is crawling. The boys thought it was hilarious to play "dog pile" on Claire...she was still in charge though! She made them do exactly as she told them to!

Claire's friends Kylie and Ethan did a great job feeding Connor his dinner and I think he really liked it too! He thought they were so funny.

My sweet babies like to snuggle with each other in the mornings while we get ready for work. I always wish I were still snuggled up in the bed with them!


Connor is really working on sitting up! He is almost there but still rolls over if he loses his balance.

Ok, so I know it has been way too long since I have updated this but here are some Halloween pictures of our beautiful kid-o's.
Connor was so comfy in his daddy's backpack that he fell asleep by the time we made it to the second house so he and Neil retired to the recliner for the evening. Claire went trick or treating with her friends Genna and Georgia and their brother Quinn. Claire was Sleeping Beauty and Connor was supposed to be a cow but the costume looked more like a dalmation dog, so we aren't really sure what he was. The girls had so much fun getting lots of candy and since Claire went home with her Nona and Papa that night we let her eat as much as she could hold!

We have started veggies! The first night Connor had sweet potatoes because that was always Claire's favorite so we figured he would like them too. Then tonight we had sweet peas and he loved those too! I don't think he is going to be very picky. I'll keep adding pics to this post as he tries new delicious veggies then starts on fruits.

Punkin Patch

We have been counting down the days for the Punkin Patch to open.....
Last year Claire went with two of her best friends Kylie and Taylor "Tay Tay" and couldn't wait to go with them again this year. Connor and Kylie's friend Ethan also joined us. Claire got to ride in a 1923 Ford Model T down to the patch, then the girls fed the goats, pigs, and pony's. We took a tour through the field on a hayride then just let them all burn off some energy while the mom's watched. Everyone got to pick out a pumpkin to take home and decorate. I am sure we will be back next year, it was a great time!

Connor's First Real Meal!

We decided to start Connor on cereal a few days before his 4 month checkup. He was making it very clear that he needed something besides just milk. I was surprised at how much he liked eating from a spoon. I can't wait to start veggies in a couple weeks! I remember how messy that was with Claire.

House Boat Weekend

Neil's Parents rented a house boat on Lake Quachita for a weekend. We had a blast! Claire and Gillian LOVED spending the entire weekend together, they really kept us entertained. Connor was much more calm than the girls but he enjoyed the relaxing getaway too.
